Description
This course features an applied approach for empowering individuals
within an organization. Through the use of case studies and
assessments, students will be exposed to various tools and concepts
that are available to a leader that aid in developing individuals to
achieve high levels of performance. Students will explore the
practical application of concepts and theories that relate to
communication, motivation, and decision-making. (3 s.h.)
