• The submitted photo cannot be a copyrighted image, which includes a professional photo.
• The image should be a headshot (shoulders and above).
• The use of filters is not allowed on the photo, including stickers, colors, or text.

Setting:

•      Choose a well-lit location.
•      Identify an area with a solid background (wall without pictures, side of the house, fence, etc…).
•      Choose an appropriate location that does not include alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate images.

Attire:

•      No Hats/Headwear (unless religious)
•      Clothing must not have profane, vulgar, or sexually explicit terms/images

Camera:

•      The photo should be taken in landscape orientation
•      Place the camera at eye level to avoid looking up or down at the camera.
•      SMILE 😊 (or at least don’t frown) 
•      Full face and eyes must be clearly visible 

**Photos that do not meet these requirements will be rejected, and a new photo submission will be required.**
