Description

This course surveys art history from the fourteenth century to the present. It identifies themes of human experiences as they are depicted in a particular culture's art and architecture, and emphasizes the relationship of art and architecture to its culture. Prerequisite LAR112, Honors LAR or instructor approval. (3 s.h.)
