Description
The second semester of a general introduction to computer science,
emphasizing computer programming. The course continues the
development of object-oriented programming techniques from COM201
and includes introductions to algorithm analysis and data structures
including stacks, queues, linked lists, and trees. Other topics
include discussion and implementation of elementary searching and
sorting algorithms. We conclude with an introduction to the use of
programming tools such as the Standard Template Library.
