Description
This course will emphasize classroom comprehension and content
reading strategies, readers' workshop and writers' workshops in the
4th-8th grades, working with struggling literacy learners, and
identifying technology that supports the classroom program. All
candidates will be working with a guided reading group in an
elementary classroom. Prerequisite: Admission into the teacher
education program. (3 s.h.)
