Description
The central intent of this course is to provide students with the
knowledge and skills necessary to exercise leadership in curricular
decisions. The course will feature a theoretical component and
practical applications for educators to use in their schools to
implement standards developed by professional organizations, state
departments, local school districts and classroom teachers.
Conceptual tools for making curricular decisions and processes of
curriculum development will be discussed. (3 s.h.)
