Description
This course focuses on the various forms of anaerobic training and
conditioning. Students will study the physiological adaptations to
anaerobic training and techniques for increasing anaerobic
performance, including strength, power and speed. Prerequisites:
EXS310 and EXS325. (4 s.h.)
