Description

As the second course in the Mathematics for Elementary Teachers sequence, this course is designed to provide elementary teachers with an introduction to the fundamental concepts of probability and statistics, measurement and geometry from an axiomatic point of view. The course is a mathematics content course with the material presented to the perspective of a future teacher. Required course for all elementary education majors. Prerequisite: MAT222. (4 s.h.)
