Description
This course focuses on management and leadership skills. Content
will include budgeting and cost-benefit analysis, political action,
interdisciplinary collaboration, helathcare trends, reimbursement,
cost effectiveness and strategic planning. Prerequisite: please
refer to the School of Nursing student resource book. (4 s.h.)
