Description
An analysis of the rules of evidence, including burden of proof, real and circumstantial evidence, hearsay and character evidence, documentary and forensic evidence, confessions and admissions, witnesses, privileged communications, and constitutionally protected evidence. Prerequisite: CRJ 203 or consent of the instructor.
