Description
An introductory study of operations management as a major functional
area of manufacturing and service industries. The course covers the
major decision areas of process, capacity, inventory, work force and
quality through the application of management concepts and
quantitative analysis. Prerequisites: BUS210 and MAT112, 201, or
204. (3 s.h.)
