Description
This course covers additional information about South Dakota trust
law, including corporate trustee activies and responsibilities,
directed/discretionary investment activity (including alternative
and unique investments) and the directed trust model, and a general
overview of federal taxes. Prerequisite: BUS391 or 1-3 years of
industry experience. (3 s.h.)
