Description
This course covers the theory and concepts of corporate finance in depth. Topics covered are a financial statement analysis, estimation of the cost of capital and cash flows, a valuation of a firm using the free cash flow method and relative valuation, capital structure, warrants and convertibles, and mergers and acquisitions. Prerequisite: BUS 305.
