Description
		
			This course explores modes of policing the 4th and 14th Amendments 
and predominantly, 42 U.S.C. 1983 and introduces law enforcement 
survival principles. Course material focuses on the pre-conviction 
stages of the criminal justice system, but will as necessary expose 
the student to cases discussing the standards for post-conviction 
use of force. Prerequisite: CRJ203. (3 s.h.)
