Description
The study of the theory and practice of interaction and
communication of small groups. Emphasis will be placed on group
dynamics, leadership theory and skills, decision-making and
problem-solving, conflict management, critical thinking and the task
dimension of groups. Prerequisite: CST 100.(3 s.h.)
