Description
Financing is an essential component of operating a small business.
This course will look at the financing needs of start-ups, seasonal
businesses, franchises, acquisitions, public offerings and other
types of organizations. The material will cover financial
techniques, understanding and reading financial documents, using
financial statements to manage your business, reviewing legal
documents and negotiating a deal. Prerequisite: ENT225 Innovation
and Problem-Solving. (3 s.h.)
