Description
This course will prepare building-level school leaders to use
problem-solving skills in responsible fiscal planning, budgeting,
allocating and monitoring of resources to promote student learning.
Candidates will examine the various resources available to generate
additional revenue and will design a long-range fiscal plan. Course
focus will comprise fiscal, human and material resources as well as
student learning, safety, curriculum and instruction. (2 s.h.)
