Description
This course studies specific health laws and how they became policy.
The course identifies health laws and policies that go beyond
general business law and explores why the law was passed. Major
health reform acts are covered in addition to ongoing legal concerns
like malpractice and regulatory management including regulatory
management in a long term care setting. Prerequisites: HAD201, 202,
203, BUS305 and ECO212. (3 s.h.)
