Description

An introduction to the fundamentals of statistics with applications. Topics include frequency distributions, descriptive statistics, basic probability, sampling distributions, testing hypotheses, analysis of variance, regression and correlation. Prerequisite: A course at the level of or greater than MAT155 or its equivalent, ACT math subscore greater than or equal to 23 or SAT math subscore greater than or equal to 570. (3 s.h.)
