Description
A public performance, at least one half-hour in length, that
demonstrates students' proficiency on major instrument or vocal
type. This course replaces applied lessons during the semester that
the recital is presented. Typically undertaken during the junior
year by students in both the music and music education majors.
Prerequisites: completed piano proficiency, at least four completed
semesters of applied lessons, and approval of the full-time music
