Description
This adult-focused clinical course is designed for the LPN to BSN student and continues to build student knowledge for nursing practice by focusing on frequently occurring health problems within the medical-surgical population. Students will further develop competence in health assessments and psychomotor skills, with an emphasis on recognizing cues, analyzing cues and prioritizing initial actions. The clinical application focuses on recognizing cues, analyzing cues and prioritizing initial action. Prerequisites: Please refer to the School of Nursing Resource Book. (4 s.h.).
