Description
		
			A focused exploration of behavior and mental processes relevant to 
sports, health and exercise. Major reas of emphasis include motor 
skill learning, coaching effectiveness, team dynamics, motivation, 
mental skill training for performance enhancement (i.e., awareness; 
goal setting, relaxation; imagery; confidence building; 
concentration training), injury rehab, health promotion and exercise 
psychology. Prerequisite: PSY201. (3 s.h.)
