Description
A careful study of each of the last nine books of the New Testament. The works are examined for their message to their original readers, considering their historical and cultural setting, as a prelude to considering modern-day application. The books will be compared regarding such issues as their view of Christs significance and work, salvation, last things, prayer and worship, and paraenesis (that is, what they exhort believers to do). Prerequisite: THE 140.
