The USF Summer Housing Application for 2024 is now open.
Please fill out the form using the link below by 12pm, Monday, May 6th, 2024. We are aiming to email confirmation of your room selections by the end of the Spring Semester, 2024.

Summer Housing is available only to current and incoming USF students who meet one or more of the following requirements:
-Enrolled in USF summer classes or an internship at USF
-Working on campus or in Sioux Falls
-Involved in athletic training
All Summer Housing assignments will be in North Hall with 2-4 students to each suite. North Hall is a suite style residence hall that includes the following: Communal kitchen and lounge area on each floor; desks, beds, closets and shared bathroom in each suite.
Costs:
North Hall Double Room: $165 per week
North Hall Single Room: $300 per week
There is a weekly discount if you have employment with USF over the summer.
Meals:
There is no regular meal plan available during the Summer. Students are responsible for their own meals.
There is a $25 late fee if applying for summer housing after the May 6th deadline.
There is a $50 commitment fee if summer housing is cancelled after May 15th.
