Description

Exploration of cardiovascular physiology including electrical activity of the heart, control of cardiac output and peripheral blood flow and hemodynamics. Basic and intermediate electrocardiography including cardiac function, lead systems, rate, rhythm, axis, infarction, ischemia, hypertrophy and effects of cardiovascular drugs and exercise on ECG. Prerequisite: BIO315 or EXS280. (3 s.h.)
