Office of the Registrar

The Registrar's Office serves USF students in a personal, efficient and ethical manner. It maintains student academic records in compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and provides support services related to enrollment, attendance and the awarding of degrees.

Here is just a sampling of the help available to you at the Office of the Registrar:

  • Request a transcript
  • See future course schedules on the "Course Offerings" web page.
  • Obtain information about drop/add dates and withdrawal information?
  • Talk to someone about veteran benefits
  • Request for assistance with registration of courses
  • Officially change your name when you've had a name change.

Dear Campus Community,  

Beginning this summer, the USF Mears Library is accessible to current USF faculty, staff, and students by swiping into the building using your current USF ID. Swipe access is available from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.  

All current USF personnel and students registered for summer classes should have ID card access to the Mears Library. If your USF ID does not allow you to swipe into the Mears Library, we recommend calling Campus Safety & Security (CSS) at 605-321-6400 for help with accessing the building or ring them using the call box found at the entrance of the Library -- between the double doors. Campus Safety and Security will then work with the appropriate area to update your ID with Library access.
